Yes Apple makes great products. There are not perfect and don’t always beet everyone’s needs. With that said if Santa brought you an iPod for Christmas you should be happy.

Here are my arguments for purchasing the Zune 16gb:

• FM Radio great for the gym
• Buy from radio. While you might not make an actual purchase you can at least find out what song you are listening to
• Zune Pass: $14.95 per month for tons of music including the ability to keep 10 songs per month.
• Wireless Sync and marketplace. Microsoft has a ways to go with the wireless portion but it is a start. Hopefully one day you will be able to sync via an open network vs only when you are connected to a PC that you have the Zune software on.
• Backwards compatibility. Microsoft seems to offer an OS update about once every 6 months. At least to date you have been able to update the older devices with the new software and features
