This site is for the average Joe. Remember the gym in the movie Dodgeball? If you are already fit and eat right you probably won’t find a lot of new information here. We would like to learn from your experiences though. The goal of this web site is to show you that with minimal effort you can gain great returns in improving your fitness and energy level while at work as well as your overall health.

This web site will teach you specific tips related to fitness and nutrition while respecting the challenges we have with our demanding schedules. You can gain the upper hand on getting back in shape and eating better while at work. Some changes are very easy while others will take motivation to push yourself after working a 12 hour day on 5-6 hours of sleep.

While we can provide some motivation it is YOU that needs to motivate YOU. Otherwise change will not happen. This site is a tool to use in your quest to better health. Will there be times that you will slack off? Sure, but hopefully you will remember how much better you feel by eating healthier and force yourself to work out.
