We all know the majority of fast food is bad for us. With that said we have to make the best of a bad situation. Sometimes we barely have time to grab anything let alone have a choice in what we eat. When you do have time and have the ability of some type of choice this guide will help you.

Almost all restaurant food is LOADED with Sodium! Compare a Chicken Sandwich to French Fries. The fries have 1/4 the sodium! Sodium makes food taste good and keeps things like chicken juicy. This is why it is so important to drink lots of water to compensate for the high sodium levels.

Each restaurant will have its own page. Listed will be choices for breakfast and lunch/dinner. You will see A choices, B choices, and Stay Away choices. While a well rounded diet is important you will want to reduce your fat intake, increase your protein intake, and eat a limited number of carbs.
