Along with the content we generate we like to share what else we have found on the vast Internet. So here goes. We always welcome contributions from fellow crew members.

We are in the process of creating a number of sample workouts which can be done on the road. The workouts will have varying degrees of difficulty and time length. Some will be as short as 15 min.

For now take a look at these web sites for sample routines:

  • The Abs Diet Recap – by Mens Health. This includes some basic exercise routines
  • Check out this 6 minute workout – from Momentum Fitness (Printable PDF File)
  • Injury Proofed in 5 minutes by Men’s Health
    These exercises improve posture, reduce risk of injury, and help you perform better in sports
  • 8 Week Gym Workout by Men’s Health.
    This is an excellent routine if you have access to a gym.
  • Push Up Variety by Men’s Health You can’t go wrong with doing pushups.
  • American Council on Exercise – Learn how to properly do common exercises.
