You could be allowing hackers to see all of the data on your personal computer if you use Limewire or similar applications. We all know how popular these applications are and you may use one. Realize that you are potentially exposing all of your data to hackers. They don’t even have to work hard to find the data. They just do a search for things like “credit report” or “tax return” and can see your documents. The Today Show did a story on this. Watch and learn. It is recommended that you remove these apps from your computer ASAP. If you decide to keep this type of program on your computer make sure you are very specific about what folder you are sharing and the types of files you are willing to share.
