Just a quick note/review of the iPhone 4. I have had it for a little over a week and can tell you it is a big improvement over the 3G. The phone is 40-50% faster than the 3G and in unscientific testing I would say 25-35% faster than the 3GS based on side by side comparison.
If you use FlightCrew iLog you will enjoy the performance boost. All of the apps run faster and Safari is much faster.

There is a great iPhone app called TuneIn Radio. TuneIn allows you to listen to over 30,000 radio stations from around the globe.
TuneIn is linked to Radiotime.com so if you want to try streaming radio prior to purchasing the app head there. There are a wide variety of ways to search including by country, music type, talk radio, etc. With the iPhone app you can even schedule and record your favorite shows. TUAW.com has an excellent article on cycling apps for the iPhone. Make sure you read the comments section. Other readers have added additional suggestions. Most are pay but a few are free including one from REI. One reader mentions rubiTrack which is an app for the iPhone and Mac to track all kinds of fitness activitiy. It looks really interesting.
